Clay Sculpture Takes a Bath
The local sculpture some people like, others are indifferent to and some love to hate, “Festival delle Arti,” in front of the Clay Center, is going to take a bath. Well, the Clay Center folk are announcing that it will be cleaned, actually, by “metal specialist” Chip Schwartz today and tomorrow.

As much as I don’t like this sculpture, I’m glad to see that someone is committed to keeping it up There are so many sad statues/sculptures around town… see the dripping horsemen in Davis Park!

I like it, it’s whimsical characters dancing under a tree, birds flying around. I like to see my 5 yo son interacting with art.
