Spoke briefly with a sponsor at the Capitol Thur. He was very optimistic about it going through for the reasons you cite. I agree that we keep an eye out at the Legislature to see how this bill progresses and stay as quiet as we can in the process.  Anxious to celebrate it's passage with a fine Belgian ale...bought locally!
