Thegazz.com is looking for a regular contributor (or duo of contributors) to write about eating in and about Charleston, W.Va. for this blog. You’ll blog at least 3 times a week on any and all aspects of eating in restaurants in the Charleston area: up-scale places, the better chains, local joints. You don’t need to write full-scale restaurant reviews, though you can do that, too. Short, regular posts are welcome on such topics as: menu changes, great desserts, the best Caesar’s salad in town, annoying waiter/waitress habits, who plays the best/worst mood music, new additions to favorite restaurants (like Blossom, Soho’s, Bridge Road Bistro, Lola’s, etc.), restaurant openings/closings, the best places to eat after 11 p.m., YOUR IDEAS HERE….

Obviously, you should live in the area and eat out regularly in the Charleston area. You should also be capable of stringing nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs together in a felicitous way. After a trial period in which you demonstrate you can post regularly to the blog and stand the heat in the kitchen (and at the table), you’ll be paid $50 a month and achieve a legion of fans, admirers and trolls. Writing samples or opinionated justifications of your blog-worthiness are, though.
