					<description>Your "heat lamp-dried" description is very accurate.  Tudor's is great, but stay away from the sausage.  I repeat, stay away from the sausage.  I've yet to get a decent sausage patty from there, so I tend to stick to ordering a plain bacon biscuit sandwich or the shaved ham melt.  Mmm...</description>
