Well, I'm not much of a fan of plain ol' raw Peeps, (although I do love the look of the pink bunnies) but perhaps a dark chocolate covered Peep might be worth looking into. Anything enrobed in dark chocolate stands a pretty good chance of being delicious!

Peeps Caramel

1. Make basic caramel sauce by cooking 1 cup of sugar until it is amber in color, then quickly stir in 1 cup heavy cream. Allow sauce to cool.

2. Remove peeps from their delightful cardboard package.

3. Plate the dish by arranging peeps over a spoonful of the caramel sauce. Drizzled additional sauce over peeps (a squeeze bottle is helpful for this).

4. Throw the plate, peeps, sauce and all, into the trash.

5. Eat the delightful cardboard package.

Being the "Beer-Geek" that I am, I would like to put forth a very traditional Belgian beer recipe. Faro de Peep... This is a young lambic beer that is sweetened by a floating peep in the glass. Color really doesn't matter but pink is traditioal. It's best to let the peep dissolve before quaffing.
