I have worked for RadioShack for the past two years and was just <I>terminated</I> because I couldn't sell enough cell phone accessories and warrenties. I have received three awards for outstanding customer service and satisfaction in the past six months (and on one else in the store has received any). I was told this meant nothing because I wasn't getting enough accessories sales.
