Civil State, the new musical project featuring Chad, the former frontman for RFC Guests Professor Mike, debuts Saturday night opening for Ten Carp Lie.  The Radio Free Charleston crew will be on hand to record both bands for the show….as long as the Blue Parrot observes the smoking ban.  Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
