Bouchon is also in Yountville ( home of the aforementioned French Laundry) and will allow one to sample Keller's culinary skills in a more relaxed environment. Also, you should mention San Francisco, since most wine country explorers will spend at least a day in that dining mecca on their way to the North Coast. John,
