Leonardo De Caprio has become one of the best known Hollywood celebrities who is also an activist. His new film, “The 11th Hour,” premiered at the Cannes Film Fest this last weekend. Here is a long article on it from Planet Ark.

There should be footage shot by Robert Gates of the Funeral for the Mountains shot in downtown Charleston a few years ago. The footage was also used in “Kilowatt Ours” and other films. It can be seen at http://www.ilovemountains.org/.
